Notes:

•There is no extra charge for the use of the cot and the price does not vary dependent on how many people occupy the apartment..

•Please note that the 50% reservation deposit for all reservations is non-refundable and non-transferable.

•If the client cancels a fully paid reservation, there is a cancellation charge that will depend on the number of days before the beginning of the rental period.

- Notice given less than 30 days prior to arrival: 50% of the total balance;

- Notice given less than 14 days or no prior notice: 100% of the total balance.

Please note that the prepayment is non-refundable, not even in the case of force majeure

-Check in from 15:00 to 20:00.

-Check out till 11:00 am.

-For arrivals after 20:00 late arrival fee (25 EUR) applies

- Refundable €150 security deposit required with final balance payment.

-The balance is due in full 8 weeks prior to arrival date,for short notice bookings the full rental amount is due immediately.

- We are able to take payment by credit/debit card through Paypal (there is a 3.4% charge for this service), by bank transfer in both GBP or Euros

- There is a surcharge on Wi-Fi useage over a reasonable level.

We can accept payments using PayPal and bank transfer in either £GBP or €Euro.  PayPal allows us to accept all major credit cards through the PayPal system giving you piece of mind.
